About the Role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and performing general handyman duties in a high-end serviced-apartment and hotel-apartment setting, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Address and resolve plumbing issues reported by guests or team
• Conduct general handyman tasks such as repairing furniture, painting, and minor electrical work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule and complete maintenance tasks efficiently
• Maintain an inventory of tools and supplies and request replacements
