About the Role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, driving revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff and maintaining financial performance in a high‑end serviced apartment setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall hotel operations and strategy to meet revenue and occupancy targets
  • Manage day‑to‑day functions including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security and IT
  • Develop SOPs, quality standards and staff training for consistent guest experience
  • Create and execute sales & marketing plans across direct, OTA, corporate and group channels
  • Prepare annual budgets, control costs, monitor P&L and report to owners
  • Recruit, coach and motivate a high‑performing team and implement performance management
  • Build relationships with key clients, travel agents, embassies and partners
  • Oversee property maintenance, asset protection and capital projects
