The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, driving revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff and maintaining financial performance in a high‑end serviced apartment setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall hotel operations and strategy to meet revenue and occupancy targets
- Manage day‑to‑day functions including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security and IT
- Develop SOPs, quality standards and staff training for consistent guest experience
- Create and execute sales & marketing plans across direct, OTA, corporate and group channels
- Prepare annual budgets, control costs, monitor P&L and report to owners
- Recruit, coach and motivate a high‑performing team and implement performance management
- Build relationships with key clients, travel agents, embassies and partners
- Oversee property maintenance, asset protection and capital projects
