The General Manager will oversee all operational, commercial and people aspects of Altera Luxury Living Hotel Apartments, driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of property operations and commercial performance
- Set strategy and drive revenue, ADR, occupancy targets
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, IT
- Develop SOPs, quality standards and training
- Create sales & marketing plans across direct, OTA, corporate channels
- Manage financial performance including budgets, P&L and cost control
- Recruit, coach and develop high‑performing teams
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and embassies
- Ensure maintenance, asset protection and capital projects are delivered on time
