About the Role

The General Manager will oversee all operational, commercial and people aspects of Altera Luxury Living Hotel Apartments, driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of property operations and commercial performance
  • Set strategy and drive revenue, ADR, occupancy targets
  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, IT
  • Develop SOPs, quality standards and training
  • Create sales & marketing plans across direct, OTA, corporate channels
  • Manage financial performance including budgets, P&L and cost control
  • Recruit, coach and develop high‑performing teams
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and embassies
  • Ensure maintenance, asset protection and capital projects are delivered on time
