The Luxury Rooftop & Wellness Center Attendant maintains a pristine, safe environment for guests by organizing fitness equipment, managing amenities, enforcing access control, conducting cleanliness audits, supporting event operations, and reporting maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
- Organize and sanitize gym equipment, yoga mats, cardio machines, and rooftop cabana seating
- Launder, roll, and restock chilled luxury towels, infused waters, and high‑end toiletries
- Verify resident credentials at the amenity deck entrance and enforce safety regulations
- Perform trash removal, surface wipe‑downs, and general cleanliness audits on the rooftop pool deck
- Assist residents with automated rooftop fire pits and ambient sound/TV systems
- Inspect gym machinery and outdoor furniture daily and report defects to maintenance
