About the Role

Responsible for safeguarding a luxury residential community through vigilant access control, patrols, surveillance monitoring, emergency response, and confidential handling of resident information.

Responsibilities

• Vet and log residents, visitors, VIP guests, and delivery vendors before entry
• Conduct routine high‑visibility patrols of building perimeters, parking areas, and amenities
• Monitor multi‑screen HD surveillance and respond to alerts
• Act as on‑site first responder for medical crises, fires, hazards, and evacuations
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information
