About the Role

The role involves thorough cleaning and presentation of luxury residential suites and common areas, managing supplies, reporting defects, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and privacy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complete turn-down and deep-cleaning of guest suites and model units
  • Deep-clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces
  • Refresh and restock luxury amenities, towels, minibar items, and promotional materials
  • Maintain pristine appearance of lounges, hallways, elevator banks, and restroom facilities
  • Organize housekeeping carts, track chemical inventories, and report linen shortages
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance defects and report to engineering
