Responsibilities
- Perform complete turn-down and deep-cleaning of guest suites and model units
- Deep-clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Refresh and restock luxury amenities, towels, minibar items, and promotional materials
- Maintain pristine appearance of lounges, hallways, elevator banks, and restroom facilities
- Organize housekeeping carts, track chemical inventories, and report linen shortages
- Inspect rooms for maintenance defects and report to engineering
