Responsibilities
- Assist Property Manager and Front Office Supervisor with filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry into property software.
- Maintain office organization and supply closet.
- Greet residents, log administrative requests, and issue temporary building badges.
- Sort incoming corporate mail, organize vendor invoices, and prepare outgoing legal notices or newsletters.
- Prepare refreshments for meetings and board sessions.
