About the Role

The role supports property management operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, assisting residents, processing mail and invoices, and providing hospitality services in a luxury residential setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Property Manager and Front Office Supervisor with filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry into property software.
  • Maintain office organization and supply closet.
  • Greet residents, log administrative requests, and issue temporary building badges.
  • Sort incoming corporate mail, organize vendor invoices, and prepare outgoing legal notices or newsletters.
  • Prepare refreshments for meetings and board sessions.
