About the Role

Responsible for daily waste collection, sanitation, grounds maintenance, and resident assistance in a luxury residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and process residential trash and recycling from floor chutes and doorstep points
• Operate trash compactors and sanitize loading docks, trash rooms, and bins
• Maintain front driveway, lobby entrance, service corridors, and parking garages
• Coordinate with bell staff to open doors and assist residents with unloading items
