About the Role

The role involves welcoming residents and guests, handling luggage and parcels, maintaining a pristine lobby, coordinating transportation services, and ensuring safety in partnership with security.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests by name and manage front entrance flow
• Transport luggage, groceries, and personal belongings to resident doors using property carts
• Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway, entrance, and lobby area
• Assist residents with taxi and ride-share coordination and communicate with parking staff
• Work closely with on-site security to monitor unauthorized individuals and report anomalies
