About the Role

Oversee daily operations of a luxury front office, leading concierge staff, resolving resident issues, managing access and security protocols, and coordinating emergency responses to maintain high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and schedule front desk concierges and bell attendants
  • Serve as primary point of contact for resident requests and service issues
  • Oversee daily logging of high-value packages, key control logs, amenity reservations, and contractor passes
  • Monitor building access systems and collaborate with security to enforce safety protocols
  • Manage shift-to-shift handovers ensuring documentation of outstanding requests and maintenance tickets
  • Act as leadership presence during emergencies, coordinating communication between teams, residents, and emergency services
