Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule front desk concierges and bell attendants
- Serve as primary point of contact for resident requests and service issues
- Oversee daily logging of high-value packages, key control logs, amenity reservations, and contractor passes
- Monitor building access systems and collaborate with security to enforce safety protocols
- Manage shift-to-shift handovers ensuring documentation of outstanding requests and maintenance tickets
- Act as leadership presence during emergencies, coordinating communication between teams, residents, and emergency services
