Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Oversee day-to-day hotel apartment operations across all departments
- Develop and implement SOPs, quality standards, and service training
- Create and execute sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy
- Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and P&L monitoring
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Ensure property maintenance and capital projects are delivered on time
- Represent the property publicly and handle guest complaints
