About the Role

Lead all aspects of hotel apartment operations, driving revenue, profitability, and guest experience while managing staff and maintaining high standards across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Oversee day-to-day hotel apartment operations across all departments
  • Develop and implement SOPs, quality standards, and service training
  • Create and execute sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy
  • Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and P&L monitoring
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Ensure property maintenance and capital projects are delivered on time
  • Represent the property publicly and handle guest complaints
