About the Role

Oversee front office operations and guest services in a luxury residential/hotel setting, ensuring exceptional service, team coordination, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office and guest service operations
  • Ensure exceptional service experiences for residents, guests, and visitors
  • Lead and support front-of-house hospitality team members
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and sensitive situations professionally
  • Monitor front office procedures to ensure compliance with service standards
  • Manage guest information while maintaining strict confidentiality
