About the Role

Senior finance professional overseeing full-cycle financial management for a manufacturing and trading group, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, cash flow optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for factory and trading entities
• Consolidate group-level reports and present to Board
• Design and maintain cost accounting system and allocate costs across product lines
• Analyze production variances and recommend corrective actions
• Forecast cash flow and manage liquidity
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles
• Coordinate banking operations and credit facilities
• Establish internal financial controls and approval workflows
• Manage inventory valuation, fixed assets and depreciation
• Ensure tax filing compliance with Ethiopian regulations
• Facilitate annual audit process
