Senior Accountant

About the Role

The Senior Accountant will oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS and GAAP, and supporting audit processes while driving continuous improvement in financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Execute closing activities including reconciliations and adjustments
• Ensure timely tax filings and statutory reports
• Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis
• Monitor compliance with regulations and recommend control improvements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
