About the Role

The role leads the design and implementation of AGRA’s data management systems, analyzing market and financial data to inform decision‑making and support youth and women value chains in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of data management systems
Maintain and enhance data collection tools (ActivityInfo, KoBo, Power BI dashboards)
Analyze supply chain linkages and market opportunities for youth and women
Develop predictive financial models for value chains
Provide analytics on costs, margins, and market trends
Support evidence-based decision making through advanced visualization and reporting
Design KPI dashboards and program monitoring systems using Power BI and Tableau
Deliver training modules on data management and visualization
Produce donor-friendly materials with Adobe Creative Suite
