The Administrative Officer will manage procurement, contract negotiation, travel logistics, and overall office operations to support AGRA’s country office efficiency and compliance. The role also provides critical program support, HR assistance, and ensures adherence to policies and audit requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, contract management and vendor prequalification using Oracle SCM
- Manage travel logistics, visa processing and expense reimbursements for staff and visitors
- Oversee office administration, asset and inventory management, and compliance with policies
- Support program teams with information management, reporting and event coordination
- Assist in HR onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Ensure audit readiness and risk mitigation across administrative functions
