Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily canteen operations and food service facilities
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards
- Manage stock control, ordering, counts, and minimize spoilage
- Supervise staff and assist with scheduling and task allocation
- Handle petty cash records and documentation
- Prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations departments
- Assist in staff training and policy adherence
