About the Role

The Sales Supervisor leads a real estate sales team in Addis Ababa, driving performance through strategic planning, coaching, and market analysis to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily sales operations and ensure targets are met
  • Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and set action plans
  • Recruit, train, and develop new sales agents
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with the Sales Manager
  • Analyze sales performance data and report trends
  • Manage client relationships and oversee complex deals
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and use CRM to record activities
