Lead the technical development of a multi‑service super app, overseeing outsourced teams, ensuring high code standards, managing integrations, testing, handover and policy creation to deliver a polished product.
Responsibilities
- Supervise outsourced development team and ensure delivery of product blueprint
- Review code quality, system architecture, maintainability and technical consistency
- Validate integrations such as payment gateways, third‑party APIs and national ID verification flow
- Oversee functional, integration and user acceptance testing
- Manage source code handover including repository structure, deployment knowledge and documentation
- Support creation of app policies (privacy, terms, safety guidelines)
- Identify and report risks, delays and quality issues
- Coordinate between business requirements and technical execution
