Responsibilities
- Oversee branch cash management and reporting
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and KPI achievement
- Coordinate local fleet and route dispatching
- Handle mail, courier logistics and last‑mile delivery
- Track shipment recovery and resolve client issues
- Support regional sales initiatives and account retention
- Maintain IT systems uptime and data synchronization
- Administer HR functions and general services
