About the Role

The Branch Coordinator/Representative ensures the branch operates as a fully compliant, self‑sufficient extension of Ahununu Trading PLC by managing finance, operations, logistics, IT, commercial activities, and HR duties while driving local revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch cash management and reporting
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations and KPI achievement
  • Coordinate local fleet and route dispatching
  • Handle mail, courier logistics and last‑mile delivery
  • Track shipment recovery and resolve client issues
  • Support regional sales initiatives and account retention
  • Maintain IT systems uptime and data synchronization
  • Administer HR functions and general services
