The Storekeeper manages the company’s inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient storage, and timely reporting while supporting maintenance departments and adhering to safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory to prevent shortages
- Check goods upon delivery, report abnormalities
- Maintain stock records and update management tools
- Coordinate storage logistics for arrivals and dispatches
- Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of items
- Oversee delivery of released items to assigned locations
- Prepare periodic inventory reports weekly/monthly
- Supervise warehouse helpers or casual labor
