About the Role

The Storekeeper manages the company’s inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient storage, and timely reporting while supporting maintenance departments and adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize inventory to prevent shortages
  • Check goods upon delivery, report abnormalities
  • Maintain stock records and update management tools
  • Coordinate storage logistics for arrivals and dispatches
  • Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of items
  • Oversee delivery of released items to assigned locations
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports weekly/monthly
  • Supervise warehouse helpers or casual labor
