About the Role

The Infrastructure Manager oversees field operations staff and daily production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting the Field Operations Manager in planning, forecasting, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate general workers, carpenters, masons, painters, and plumbers
• Oversee daily operations from part design to fabrication
• Manage inventory, raw materials, equipment, and administrative processes
• Support project teams with operational support
• Develop infrastructure team capacity and career development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental policies
• Maintain standard operating procedures and company regulations
