About the Role

The Zone Business Development Manager oversees regional business development initiatives for AeTrade Group’s MSME empowerment program, managing teams, onboarding enterprises, expanding markets, and cultivating stakeholder partnerships to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead zone-level planning, coordination, and supervision of business development activities
  • Supervise Business Development Officers, Sales Experts, Marketing Experts, handholding teams, and field agents
  • Drive MSME onboarding, vendor acquisition, platform activation, and market expansion
  • Build partnerships with local government, cooperatives, financial institutions, and community stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and track KPIs
