About the Role

The Training Coordinator will design, manage, and deliver comprehensive training initiatives for MSMEs across Ethiopia, overseeing curriculum development, e‑learning platforms, logistics, and evaluation to ensure impactful capacity building.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and capacity‑building programs for MSMEs and other stakeholders
  • Develop training materials, curricula, manuals, and digital learning content for in‑person and online delivery
  • Manage e-learning platforms, learner enrollment, progress tracking, and online training activities
  • Coordinate trainers, consultants, and facilitators ensuring quality and effectiveness
  • Oversee training logistics, administration, participant communication, and certification processes
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, maintain records, and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to strengthen programs and support continuous improvement
