The Platform Support and Data Officer ensures accurate platform data, resolves user issues, maintains dashboards, and supports marketplace intelligence to aid decision‑making across commercial and development tracks.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level platform support to vendors, buyers, field teams, partners, and internal users
- Track user issues, system errors, onboarding problems, product upload issues, transaction concerns, and support requests
- Maintain accurate data on vendors, buyers, products, listings, transactions, onboarding progress, customer activity, and support cases
- Prepare dashboards on marketplace performance, vendor activity, buyer activity, transactions, product categories, and customer growth
- Coordinate with the technology team to escalated technical issues and follow up
- Support data cleaning, user database management, product categorization, and platform quality control
- Monitor inactive vendors, incomplete profiles, missing product information, buyer activity, and support gaps
- Integrate marketplace data with AeTrust, AeLearning, logistics, and impact reporting systems
- Track KPIs related to active vendors, active buyers, transaction value, product upload rate, issue‑resolution time, and customer satisfaction
