About the Role

This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating competency‑based training programs for MSMEs across Ethiopia. The trainer will facilitate both face‑to‑face and virtual sessions, mentor other trainers, and provide ongoing support to ensure practical application of skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments for MSME learners
  • Design, develop and upload competency-based training programs into LMS
  • Facilitate interactive face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions
  • Support learner engagement in LMS-based training
  • Provide coaching and post‑training support
  • Mentor emerging trainers and support Training of Trainers (ToT)
  • Offer advisory support to MSMEs on applying training content
  • Monitor training delivery, collect feedback and evaluate learning outcomes
  • Ensure quality assurance according to AeTrade standards
  • Prepare training reports and recommend improvements
