About the Role

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of MSMEs and related enterprises on the Sokokuu Marketplace, ensuring they become digitally visible, market‑ready, finance‑ready, and commercially active.

Responsibilities

Develop vendor onboarding strategies
Recruit MSMEs and related enterprises
Coordinate onboarding campaigns with institutions
Support vendor verification and storefront creation
Train vendors on platform use, pricing, order management and logistics
Collaborate with AeLearning for digital literacy training
Work with AeTrust to enable digital payments
Monitor activation, retention, performance and transaction activity
