About the Role

The Legal and Compliance Officer supports AeTrade Group’s legal operations by drafting contracts, advising on risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting intellectual property, and maintaining governance documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, and agreements
  • Advise management on legal risks and compliance matters
  • Support governance documentation and regulatory activities
  • Protect intellectual property rights
  • Ensure project compliance with laws and partner requirements
  • Monitor legal changes affecting operations
  • Maintain accurate legal records and contract files
  • Provide legal guidance to internal teams
