About the Role

Lead the strategic growth, commercial performance, and developmental impact of Sokokuu Marketplace, overseeing operations, vendor and buyer acquisition, partnership development, and cross-functional integration to drive revenue and inclusive market access.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall marketplace strategy and growth plan
• Build a competitive marketplace generating transactions and revenue
• Oversee vendor acquisition, buyer activation, product category development and operations
• Ensure integration with AeTrust, AeLearning, logistics partners, digital marketing and data systems
• Develop partnerships with public institutions, financial institutions, private sector actors and trade associations
• Supervise the Marketplace Unit team and report performance
• Track commercial performance and development impact
