The Project Manager (Project Site) oversees planning, coordination, and supervision of a high‑rise construction project from initiation to provisional handover, managing the site team, contractors, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project implementation plan
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Prepare work schedules, procurement plans, and progress targets
- Lead site operations ensuring alignment with approved plans
- Supervise engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers
- Manage and track all project costs within budget
- Enforce quality control and safety standards
- Act as main contact between owners, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Recruit, train, and supervise site staff
