About the Role

The Project Manager (Project Site) oversees planning, coordination, and supervision of a high‑rise construction project from initiation to provisional handover, managing the site team, contractors, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project implementation plan
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Prepare work schedules, procurement plans, and progress targets
  • Lead site operations ensuring alignment with approved plans
  • Supervise engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers
  • Manage and track all project costs within budget
  • Enforce quality control and safety standards
  • Act as main contact between owners, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Recruit, train, and supervise site staff
