Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR focal person for the business unit
- Provide daily HR support to managers and employees
- Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, complaints, and disciplinary processes
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
- Support performance management system implementation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare periodic HR reports
