About the Role

Supports a business unit by handling full HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, performance management, compliance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR focal person for the business unit
  • Provide daily HR support to managers and employees
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, complaints, and disciplinary processes
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
  • Support performance management system implementation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare periodic HR reports
