About the Role

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact, managing appointments, inquiries, and basic administration to ensure smooth operations in a rehabilitation clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, families, visitors and professionals
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Support client registration and intake procedures
  • Maintain organized reception area
  • Coordinate communication between clients and clinical/training teams
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information
  • Support billing or payment processes when required
