The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact, managing appointments, inquiries, and basic administration to ensure smooth operations in a rehabilitation clinic.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, families, visitors and professionals
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Support client registration and intake procedures
- Maintain organized reception area
- Coordinate communication between clients and clinical/training teams
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of all information
- Support billing or payment processes when required
