The Program Coordinator will oversee coordination, planning, and execution of the Policy Analysis and EIPS workstream, ensuring timely delivery of activities and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to strengthen evidence‑based health policy in Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of activities under the Policy Analysis and EIPS workstream
- Support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities in line with the results framework
- Facilitate collaboration between ACEPS, AAU, MoH, researchers, and partners
- Plan and execute recruitment of PhD candidates
- Co-ordinate capacity‑building activities including trainings, mentorships, workshops, and academic support for PhD and Master’s level candidates
- Support HTA institutionalisation activities, including finalising the HTA roadmap
- Assist in organising inclusive deliberative and stakeholder engagement processes
- Coordinate development and dissemination of evidence‑informed policy briefs, technical reports, and position papers
- Organise short courses on economic evaluation and priority setting for policymakers and academic institutions
- Prepare technical and administrative reports, work plans, and progress updates
- Perform other related duties assigned by the project manager
