Data Analyst

About the Role

The Data Analyst will manage, analyze, and interpret health and policy data to support evidence-based priority setting and decision-making for Ethiopia’s Universal Health Coverage initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support development and contextualization of FairChoices DCP Analytics model
• Collect, clean, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative health datasets
• Assist in modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis for health interventions
• Prepare analytical reports, data visualizations, presentations, and policy briefs
• Support establishment and operationalization of the FairChoices Unit within the Ministry of Health
• Collaborate with BCEPS researchers to ensure data quality
• Support capacity-building activities including training workshops
• Maintain databases ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility
