The Senior Admin and Finance Officer in Gambella will oversee cash, treasury, accounting, and compliance functions for the field office, ensuring accurate financial management, donor reporting, and internal controls while supporting HR and procurement activities to enable effective program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash and bank operations, including reconciliations and forecasts
- Process payments and maintain internal controls in Sylogist/Business Central
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with donor and statutory requirements
- Support budget management and donor reporting
- Assist with audits and documentation
- Coordinate HR functions such as staff records, payroll, benefits, and recruitment
- Maintain strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders
