The Assessment Officer designs, implements, and reports on humanitarian assessments, coordinating with field, data, GIS, and partner teams to produce actionable research outputs that inform program decisions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee research cycles
- Design and review data collection tools
- Conduct secondary data reviews and contextual analyses
- Coordinate primary data collection and monitor quality
- Draft assessment ToRs, methodological notes, and research outputs
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Engage stakeholders and present findings
- Ensure secure data management
- Support dissemination materials and presentations
- Document lessons learned and contribute to learning processes
