Lead the finance, administration, and operations functions at ACORD Ethiopia’s headquarters and project offices, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and efficient support for program implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and audit coordination
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations and Ethiopian laws
- Oversee office administration, procurement, logistics, asset management and risk mitigation
- Support payroll, recruitment, staff performance follow-up and capacity building
- Strengthen operational systems to improve program efficiency
- Coordinate financial monitoring and reporting with project teams
