About the Role

Lead the finance, administration, and operations functions at ACORD Ethiopia’s headquarters and project offices, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and efficient support for program implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and audit coordination
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations and Ethiopian laws
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, logistics, asset management and risk mitigation
  • Support payroll, recruitment, staff performance follow-up and capacity building
  • Strengthen operational systems to improve program efficiency
  • Coordinate financial monitoring and reporting with project teams
