Trainee Analyst

About the Role

This 3‑month trainee analyst program offers hands‑on consulting experience in public‑sector impact projects. Trainees collect and analyze data, develop insights, create visual reports, and support strategy discussions before transitioning to a junior analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate data from documents, databases, field interviews, and other sources
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights
• Support strategy development and prepare analytical briefs, meeting minutes, and policy summaries
• Contribute to visual presentations, dashboards, and infographics to communicate findings
• Engage with clients and stakeholders through interviews, calls, and meetings
• Present analysis and recommendations to ACE leadership
