The Systems & Internal Auditor develops, implements, and monitors internal systems, policies, and compliance frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness, governance, and regulatory compliance within the steel manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and update company processes, procedures, and SOPs
- Ensure consistent implementation of operational systems across departments
- Collaborate with IT and department heads to automate workflows and reporting systems
- Conduct periodic process audits to assess compliance and operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with Ethiopian laws and ISO standards
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and statutory regulations
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Develop risk assessment tools to mitigate operational and compliance risks
- Prepare audit and compliance reports for executive management
- Lead employee awareness and compliance training programs
