The Senior Technical Manager (Electromechanical) directs all technical operations for ABYS Trading PLC’s food processing facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and optimal productivity through strategic maintenance and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, budgeting, and procurement of electromechanical equipment
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of food processing machinery and generators
- Ensure compliance with HACCP/GMP and safety regulations
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and asset lifecycle
- Mentor and schedule a team of technicians
- Track and report on KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR
