Lead the company’s human resources function, shaping policy, organizational design, talent acquisition, and people development to support the expansion of ABY Manufacturing PLC’s industrial operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy and policies
- Design organizational structure, reporting lines, and grading systems
- Lead workforce planning and recruitment for manufacturing operations
- Establish performance management and KPI frameworks
- Strengthen employee relations, discipline, grievance, and retention systems
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and employment regulations
- Build training, competency development, and succession planning systems
- Partner directly with senior management and factory leadership on organizational priorities
- Drive implementation of ERP-based HR processes
