About the Role

Finance Manager responsible for leading the company’s finance function in an industrial manufacturing setting, overseeing budgeting, cost control, tax compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance function and collaborate with senior management and factory operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop and monitor manufacturing cost structures and product costing systems
• Monitor inventory valuation, raw material consumption, and working capital
• Prepare accurate management accounts, financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and performance reports
• Provide clear financial analysis to support operational and investment decisions
• Lead tax planning, compliance, and relationships with tax authorities
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, approval procedures, and reporting systems
• Manage cash flow, treasury requirements, receivables, payables, and banking relationships
• Support annual audits and ensure compliant financial reporting
