About the Role

Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Abet, building talent pipelines and processes across blue‑collar and professional roles while driving employer branding and hiring manager coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse roles
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-volume blue‑collar and specialized positions
  • Design competency-based interview processes with scorecards
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and set hiring timelines
  • Drive employer branding initiatives across social media and creative campaigns
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics through dashboards
  • Champion outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and bias awareness
