Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse roles
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-volume blue‑collar and specialized positions
- Design competency-based interview processes with scorecards
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and set hiring timelines
- Drive employer branding initiatives across social media and creative campaigns
- Track and report key recruitment metrics through dashboards
- Champion outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and bias awareness
