About the Role

Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Supervise and evaluate supervisors, senior electricians, and mechanics
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Fabricate, modify, and renovate machinery components
• Ensure safety standards are met at all work sites
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement repairs
• Maintain accurate records and technical reports
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals
